The first Alia hotel to be built was the Senen City Hotel which was officially opened in 1974. It is located in a strategic area that is only 5 minutes from Senen train station, 10 minutes from the Senen triangle shopping center, and 45 minutes from the international airport soekarno-hatta.

Around 1980, the Kalisma Hotel became the next hotel to be built and became a clear proof of the success of the Alia Hotel Group in Indonesia, especially in DKI Jakarta. Continuing its previous success, in a short time the Alia Hotel Group has built 9 hotels that divided in 3 category based on their class.

 

First, the upper class with the name "Gren" provide our most luxurious hospitality. We have Gren ALIA Cikini and Gren ALIA Jakarta.

 

Second, the middle class. We have 4 hotels in this category for you that need pleasant stay with 3 star standard accomodation in the most strategic location in Jakarta. ALIA Matraman, ALIA Heritage, ALIA Boutique and ALIA Premier Cikini.

Third, the lower class. this third category is our budget choice for you to get exactly what you need in affordable option. We have 3 hotels which is ALMA Hotel, Kalisma Hotel and Senen City Hotel
